How do we get paid?
 
  • We can work with your company on a per hour basis or a per project basis. Our design and implementation terms are extremely flexible and we will develop the " scope of project " details in conjunction with your company's budget.

  • We offer unique value added services. For example, you may be enticed by a specific product or service from AVAYA, but what if your VOIP gateway requirments are mostly compatible with CISCO?  And what about your voice? Is VOIP an option or will standard T-1 dialtone be more efficient?

  • Absolutely! If you are not completely satisfied with what we recommend, we always offer a service gaurantee. We will work with the manufacturer of the equipment to ensure that satisfaction standards are set into your terms. So there is no risk!

 

Where does my bill come from?
 
  • WRB Consultants, Inc. is not a reseller or agent of any services or products. We are a true communications consultant. Your bill will come directly from the providers that you have chosen. Once a "scope of project" plan is agreed upon for our consulting services a contract will be executed between your company and WRB Consultants, Inc.

  • You can either call the vendor directly or work with one of our experienced customer care representatives 24/7. Our clients have found that they get better and faster service with our specialized staff handling everything. Whatever you are most comfortable with is what we reccomend.
